SubscriptionsSome parts of the Service are subject to payments. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the rules governing the Promotion will prevail. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy.
Where that happens, we will inform You of the termination of Your Subscription via email. By submitting such payment information, You automatically authorise Synthesia to charge all Subscription fees incurred through Your account to any such payment instruments.Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Synthesia may (but does not have an obligation to) issue an electronic invoice indicating that You must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.We reserve the right to terminate Your Subscription in the event we are unable to collect a relevant payment from You (whether automatically or manually). You shall provide Synthesia with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, VAT number (if applicable) and a valid payment method information.
Synthesia Disease Free Trial Period
Fee ChangesSynthesia, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You cancelled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected.At any time before the start of Your Free Trial and without notice, Synthesia reserves the right to (i) modify the terms applicable to any Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer. If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, You will not be charged by Synthesia until your Free Trial has expired.
